  Very rude associates and manager . They are bossy not even say thank you and ask for treasure cards . And when you report some issue to the line manger . They put the their associate first and try to find a way to blame you not even apologise to the customers .Very bad management do not go there .

  Very rude staff . Especially the lady at the jewellery counter . They are allowed to serve customers if they have one or two times from others departments . Before me a lady she had underwear and paid there so basically I was in the queue right behind her somebody else came in and she served her first and I was in shock but when she saw me she told me this is only for jewelry. You can’t pay here . She was very rude to me and I told her that I know I can pay here and I told her why would you serve the other lady but not me !? she said because she’s associate which it doesn’t make a sense. I know the rules in TK Maxx so this is what I said to her and she served me but in a bad way . She is a blonde lady , age rage around 40 and with braids hair .

  There was a lady working at the fitting room in TK Maxx. My friends and I went to try on some clothes. The dress I picked was a bit too big for me, so I returned it to her and said I wouldn’t be buying it. She told me to put it back on the hanger. As I was trying to do that, I struggled because the hanger was too small for the dress. She then pulled the hanger off the dress very forcefully and said, “Put it the same way you put it on your shoulder,” while kissing her teeth. I later spoke to another colleague about the situation, and they told me that she is often like that and can be very moody. If this is already known, I believe she should be guided on how to behave more appropriately with customers. As a customer, I think staff should be kind and patient, especially when working in a fitting room, since not everyone will end up buying what they try on.

  I shopped at the Lewisham branch yesterday and had such a positive experience. Every staff member I came across was genuinely pleasant and helpful. I was assisted by Courtney, who made my shopping experience incredibly smooth - especially as I was feeling quite flustered managing three small children! She was calm, efficient, and very attentive. When I purchased a large rug, she thoughtfully checked whether I’d be able to carry it to the car or if I needed help. She also made sure it was wrapped properly so it wouldn’t I get dirty. While we were waiting for additional protective wrapping, another colleague, Derota (apologies if I’ve misspelled the name), stepped in and kindly insisted on folding the rug as neatly and compactly as possible. Honestly, the team there is fantastic. Their helpfulness and attention to detail really made a difference to my day :)
